Striking & Grappling Basics
Foundation for self-defense
The Park Dojo program lays a solid foundation for future martial arts training. At age 4-7, children should learn footwork, timing, core strength, blocking, basic striking, grappling basics, sprawling, etc. Our goal is for students to continue their training as they reach teen and adult age.
Students Earn Stripes & Belts
Promotes achievement and hard work
Students start with white belt and earn stripes for trying their best each class. Stripes are always earned, not given. After the student earns 8 stripes, they'll earn a new Park Dojo belt and break a board. This is a fun time to celebrate your child's hard work and training.
